Job description

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication across departments.Process and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and account reconciliations with high accuracy.Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets, providing insights to help management make informed decisions.Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary resources are available and agendas are prepared.Handle correspondence, both electronic and physical, prioritizing and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies.Maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted office function.Assist in the preparation of tax documents and liaise with external auditors when required.Implement and improve administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation.Certification in bookkeeping or accounting software (such as QuickBooks) demonstrates a commitment to professional growth.A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles is essential to manage diverse tasks effectively.Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards enhances compliance and operational integrity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is crucial for efficient data management and reporting.Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of additional languages can be a significant advantage in diverse workplaces.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are vital for managing multiple tasks without compromising quality.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration and client interaction.A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills are necessary for identifying issues and implementing solutions.Cultural sensitivity and adaptability are important in a multi-national work environment, fostering positive interactions.
