Your Skills and Experience

The Role
In this customer-facing role, you will provide critical administrative support and decision-making to recover criminal fines and financial penalties. Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records on in-house computer systems, tracing non-payers using specialized tools, and advising parties on court procedures. You will act as a key point of contact for managers and judicial stakeholders, ensuring that enforcement decisions are communicated clearly and handled with the highest level of professional integrity.
