Administration Coordinator

Location: Glasgow Ski & Snowboard Centre
Hours: Flexible mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Reports to: Club Manager

Role Overview

The Administration Coordinator is the first point of contact for our members and guests. This varied role involves managing bookings, coordinating schedules, responding to enquiries, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run efficiently. You will support the Centre Manager and Ski School Manager in administrative and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, approachable, and an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle all member and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage bookings and scheduling for lessons and events
• Provide administrative support for booking applications and payments
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and booking systems
• Assist with organising events, competitions, and social activities
• Coordinate with instructors and other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Support general office administration and communications
• Support the Ski School Manager and Club Manager with all aspects of admin

Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident using email, spreadsheets, and booking systems (training provided)
• A team player who can adapt to changing priorities and busy periods
• An interest in Snowsports or outdoor recreation is desirable

Working Hours
• Combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts as required by club operations
• Some flexibility is expected to support events and peak periods
