Position: Finance Support Aide (Partial Hours)
Edinburgh, Newbridge
The Role:
A prospect has emerged for a fractional Finance Support Aide to affiliate with our Administrative Squad. Situated at our Central Bureau in Newbridge, Edinburgh, this is a diverse position bolstering the routine operations of the fiscal department, informing the Fiscal Supervisor directly.
Responsibilities:
• Handle billing, disbursements, corporate cards, and reimbursement requests
• Manage the digital bank stream and compile weekly ledger balancing for bank accounts
• Aid with weekly and monthly ledger adjustments and fiscal documentation
• Balance vendor declarations and service utility accounts
• Track and handle incoming physical mail and digital messages to the fiscal inbox
• Deliver broad clerical assistance to the fiscal squad
• Execute other specific incidental tasks as required by the enterprise
The ideal applicant will:
• Possess prior background in a diverse mercantile fiscal department and solid expertise in fundamental bookkeeping cycles
• Demonstrate mastery in fiscal applications (ideally Sage) and spreadsheet tools
• Exhibit superior precision and structural abilities
• Be driven, thorough, and collaborate effectively alone or within a compact squad
