We’re looking for an Account Lead to take charge of a £10 million contract in London.

The Role As Account Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale soft services FM contract worth £10M
Leading, motivating, and developing on-site teams to ensure operational excellence
Driving client satisfaction through a proactive, solution-driven approach
Managing budgets, compliance, reporting, and service innovation
Identifying opportunities for service improvements and efficiencies About You We’re looking for someone who is:

Proactive, not reactive – a natural problem-solver who stays ahead of the game
Highly efficient, organised, and commercially astute
Experienced in managing large FM contracts (soft services) at senior level
A confident communicator who can build strong client and stakeholder relationships
