Key Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavators on civil construction sites safely and efficiently.

• Follow site safety protocols, wearing full PPE at all times.

• Support daily construction operations, including excavation, demolition, and material handling.

• Maintain equipment in good working order and report any faults.

• Collaborate with site teams to ensure timely project completion.

• Adhere to project schedules and demonstrate good timekeeping and reliability.

Skills and Attributes

• CPCS / NPORS certification with 360 experience.

• Minimum of 6 months experience operating 360 machinery in construction.

• Strong awareness of health and safety practices on site.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and on various civil projects.
