YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain a steady output of superior customer care
• Act as a designated keyholder, securing the premises during start-of-day and end-of-day shifts when senior leaders are unavailable
• Oversee the activation and shutdown of point-of-sale systems
• Greet patrons cordially, directing them to merchandise and identifying their requirements to guarantee a high-quality visit
• Handle inventory effectively through pair verification, stockroom arrangement, and upholding uniform protocols for seamless functionality
• Guarantee the sales area remains organized and restocked while preserving company presentation benchmarks
• Help the leadership group by striving to meet personal and collective sales goals
• Offer information regarding Kurt Geiger rewards schemes, emphasizing perks and inviting sign-ups to improve the consumer journey
• Aid in the organization and execution of marketing events
• Serve as a brand representative and follow dress code policies (entirely black, no logos, and brand-appropriate)
