1. Introduction

WeAreHire.uk (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our website (the “Site”) to do the same.
This policy describes how we handle copyright infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and similar laws applicable in the United Kingdom.

As a job board aggregator, WeAreHire.uk indexes and displays job listings and related content sourced from third-party websites and employers. We do not host most of the listings directly, but we aim to ensure that no infringing material remains accessible through our platform.


2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content available on WeAreHire.uk infringes your copyright, please send a written notice of claimed infringement (“DMCA Notice”) that includes the following information:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing (including the specific URL or link to the page on WeAreHire.uk).
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you submitted or linked to was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the material, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or that you are authorized to use the material.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in question, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to prevent such restoration.


5. Repeat Infringers

WeAreHire.uk reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
