Rigging Services is a major supplier of rigging equipment and design solutions, for the theatre, live event, conference, exhibition, visitor attraction, film, and television industries.
Based in East and West London and Birmingham we supply professional rigging solutions for sale or rental to clients anywhere in the world – coupled with outstanding support aided by our overseas business partners.
• *Key duties of the Warehouse Supervisor / Lifting Equipment Technician**:
– Liaising with the Centralised Sales and Management Teams
– Be actively involved in managing stock control, data entries, and other processes as required from day to day
– Ensuring all company standards are upheld, in particular working to all safety specifications and legislation
– Supervising the work of other warehouse-based technicians and operatives
– Be responsible for the training and mentoring of new and existing team members, leading by example in a hands-on capacity
– Ensuring all work areas are clean, tidy, and comply with good workplace standards for cleanliness and hygiene
– Working closely with the hire controllers and managers to ensure the inventory is correctly processed and stored
– Maintaining, inspecting and testing company and customer equipment in accordance with all statutory regulations, periodic examinations of lifting equipment and accessories in accordance with all statutory regulations for our clients and our own inventory
– Helping maintain a large inventory of hire equipment

Additionally, the following technical abilities would be preferred:
– Lodestar and Liftket trained technician
– LEEA qualifications are desirable; additional training is offered on other items
– Electrical or hire inspection background
– Driving Licence
