Job Role : Bulk Preperation Chef
Indian Restaurant & Food Experience required mainly Kerala
About Us:
At Kerala Canteen, we are redefining dining with a vibrant menu rooted in Kerala’s rich culinary heritage. Guided by the creative vision of Chef Bobby Geetha, we serve dishes inspired by toddy shop culture, blending authenticity with modern twists.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present authentic South Indian dishes, including traditional curries, dosas, biryanis, and Kerala specialties.
• Ensure the highest quality in taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the head chef to innovate new menu items while honoring traditional recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.
• Supervise kitchen operations during service to ensure smooth workflow.
Days : Days can be worked around as per your availabilty either morning or sundays & Mondays .
Requirements:
• Proven experience in South Indian or Kerala cuisine.
• Previous experience in a high-paced kitchen, preferably in premium or specialty restaurants.
• Expertise in spices, flavors, and techniques unique to Kerala cuisine.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable dishes.

Kerala Canteen Opening Hours
Monday & Sunday: Closed
Tuesday to Friday : 5 PM – 9.30 PM
Saturday: 12 PM – 9 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £28,000.00 per month
