Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a wide range of Indian dishes including Adobo, Pancit, Bagoong Rice, Tapsilog, Longsilog and street-style favorites.
• Expertly cook Indo-Chinese dishes such as Chilli Chicken, Schezwan Noodles, Manchurian, Fried Rice, etc.
• Maintain exceptional food hygiene, presentation, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to innovate menus while preserving traditional recipes.
• Manage ingredient stock efficiently and ensure minimal wastage.
• Ensure timely and consistent food preparation, especially during busy hours.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a professional kitchen specializing in Pinoy and Indo-Chinese cuisine.
• Strong command over Indian spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Team player with a positive and respectful attitude.
