Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join Premium Leisure Club department in Madinat Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
• Give a warm welcome to guests on arrival to the lounge and register them as well as issuing room keys in the appropriate welcome booklet.
• Take payment from guests on departure and close their bills correctly.
• Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements.
• Ensures that the Lounge is manned, operationally prepared and stocked at all times.
• To serve food and beverage to guests in the Premium Leisure Club according to the established performance standards.
• To use discretion and tact when dealing with guest enquiries, problems and complaints in an efficient and professional manner without detriment to the hotel and/ or its reputation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• A minimum of One year guest service experience in a similar role in a luxury
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office Applications as well as Front Office Applications (Opera)
• Should have Food & Beverage knowledge or experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Additional language is an added value
