Job Objective

In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, securing data, training and full support.

Key Functions and Duties
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install and configure new hardware and software applications, including operating systems, productivity software, and antivirus programs.

Maintaining and upgrading computer systems, including hardware and software upgrades, system patches, and security updates.

Install, monitor and manage devices on network, including but not limited to configuring routers, switches, pbx and other network devices, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and implementing network security measures.

Perform system backups to prevent data loss and disaster recovery procedures in the event of system failure

Implement security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems, to protect computer systems and sensitive data from security breaches

Maintian and update WordPress and html website.
